Brief Description

This race includes a 250 meter swim, 20k bike and a 5k run. Registration begins 7:00 PM on Sunday, January 3, 2010. Entry fees are $55.00 for individuals and $85.00 for relay teams before Wednesday, September 01, 2010; $65.00 for individuals and $95.00 for relay teams before Saturday, September 04, 2010. On-line registration for this event closes on 09-01-2010 at 8:00 AM. This event is limited to 250 entries.

Additional Information

The event begins with a 250 meter pool swim in the Lenoir Aquatic and Fitness Center pool. Participants snake their way across the pool, going up one lane and coming back in the next. The bike course is an out and back course on smooth, rural country roads. The course has a few challenging hills. The 5k run is an out & back course. The run consist of only one major hill and is run on the Greenway. Aid stations are positioned every 1.5 miles.
