Brief Description

The 11th Annual God’s Country Off-Road Duathlon will be held on the Lawrence River Trails and feature both Long and Short course events. Both events begin with a 2 mile run consisting of levee and single track. The bike leg is a 10 mile loop The Long course will complete 2 laps, and the short course 1 lap. Final run leg (Long course only) is a 2 mile trail run on single track and levee. Short course will finish the event after their bike leg.

Duathlon Classes: Male Age-group Classes: 10 year age groups Female Age-group Classes: 10 year age groups Specialty classes: Clydesdale 225+ (w/gear) & Unicycle Relay Classes: (Long course only): Men, Women, Co-Ed *Promoter reserves the right to combine or split classes based on participation.
