Brief Description

Family friendly event in Land o Lakes, FL at the Land o Lakes Recreational Center. Untraditional format of run-bike-swim makes this a great first race as well as a fantastic training race for experienced athletes. Sprint is 3.1 mile run, 10.5 mile bike and 1/8 mile pool swim. Super Sprint is 1 mile run, 4 mile bike, and 100yd pool swim.

Special Sale - for the 1st 100 registrants within a 10 day period the registration fees are as follows (refunds available from registrations purchased during this sale when requested by June 1st, 2009):

  • Individual Sprint - $50
  • Sprint Relay - $80
  • Tri-Fever Super Sprint - $30
  • Tri-Fever Super Sprint Parent/Child - $60

    • Any registrations after this time are non-refundable and as follows:

  • Individual Sprint - $60 through 5/31, $70 through 6/30, $75 through 7/31, and $85 through 8/3
  • Sprint Relay - $85 through 5/31, $100 through 6/30, and $115 through 8/3
  • Tri-Fever Super Sprint - $35 through 5/31, $45 through 6/30, and $55 through 8/3
  • Tri-Fever Super Sprint Parent/Child - $65 through 5/31, $75 through 6/30, and $85 through 8/3

    • Important Team Captain Information:
    Team Captains, after creating your team you must return to the initial registration page, click the "Register Now" button and join your team. Simply creating your team does not register you for the event.
