Our triathlon is back and better than ever! The Hansen Dam Tri is one of the fastest growing and most exciting events in So. Cal. Located in the L A area, this City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks event co sponsored by the San Fernando Valley Partnership is perfectly situated for all multi-sport competitors. Whether you are a novice or professional triathlete, this fun, fast and competitive event is a fantastic race to participate in.!

Additional Information

Our event is a Sprint Triathlon that begins with an exhilarating 500 yard open water swim, then transitions into a scenic 11 mile road bike course with rolling hills, and finishes with a breath taking 3 mile trail run through the Hansen Dam Regional Park. Demand for our event has increased, so we have increased our registration capacity to 1000 participants! This means we will have more waves and more sponsors. Also we have the Tri Expo which will be held on Saturday, August 14th, 2010 from 11am to 4pm. Please come and pick up your packets and bib numbers that day.
