The Ultimate Triathlon Training Camp at Lake Placid
Northwood School, Lake Placid , NY
June 20 - 23, 2012
This will be the 15th annual triathlon training camp in Lake Placid hosted by Team Mossman Events. The camp will be held at the Northwood School, which is located less than a half mile from Mirror Lake and is on the Ironman USA bike course. This is a USA Triathlon Sanctioned Camp.
Camp fee = $499.00 and $449.00 for camp alumni.
Camp Fee includes:
- 2 catered meals a day - breakfast and dinner
Professional speakers will be on hand for evening discussions.
Professional bike mechanic, complete with mobile bike shop, will be on campus for tune ups, bike fits and repairs at a UTTC special rates.
Professional Massage Therapist will be taking appointments Friday and Saturday afternoon/evening.
Campers will need to bring their own bed lines, pillows and towels.

Friday, June 21
- 10:00am Ride IM course -1 loop
- 3:00pm Stretch Camp / Group Run/Trail Run
- 5:00-6:00pm Meet & Greet Happy Hour
- 7:30pm Relaxation and Speaker/group discussion
Saturday, June 22
- 8:00am Group Rides ~ 1-2 loops
- 4:00pm Stretch Camp/Bike Bath clinic
- 7:30pm Relaxation and Speaker/group discussion
Sunday, June 23
- 8:00am Group Swim in Mirror Lake
