The Ultimate Triathlon Training Camp at Lake Placid

Northwood School, Lake Placid , NY

June 21 - 24, 2012

This will be the 14th annual triathlon training camp in Lake Placid hosted by Team Mossman Events. The camp will be held at the Northwood School, which is located less than a half mile from Mirror Lake and is on the Ironman USA bike course. This is a USA Triathlon Sanctioned Camp.

Camp fee = $479.00 and $429.00 for camp alumni.

Camp Fee includes:

• 4 day, 3 night stay

• 2 catered meals a day - breakfast and dinner

• Meet & Greet Happy Hour

• Camp t-shirt

• Swim cap

• Educational Lectures

• Yoga classes

• Bike Bath clinic

• On-site parking

Professional speakers will be on hand for evening discussions.

Professional bike mechanic, complete with mobile bike shop, will be on campus for tune ups, bike fits and repairs at a UTTC special rates.

Professional Massage Therapist will be taking appointments Friday and Saturday afternoon/evening ($1/min).

Campers will need to bring their own bed lines, pillows and towels.

Saturday, June 23

• 5:30-7:30am Breakfast

• 6:00-7:00am Sunrise Yoga

• 8:00am Group Rides ~ 1-2 loops

• 4:00pm Stretch Camp/Bike Bath clinic

• 6:00-7:00pm Dinner

• 7:30pm Relaxation and Speaker/group discussion

Sunday, June 24

• 5:30-7:30am Breakfast

• 6:00-7:00am Sunrise Yoga

• 8:00am Group Swim in Mirror Lake

• 10:00am Group Run
