Welcome to Rock'n Heartland Youth Triathlon Series! Like you, we believe that children healthy in body will have a better chance at being healthy in mind.
Though winning isn't everything, we believe when a family trains together that family wins together. Rock'n Heartland, or RHYTS as we call ourselves, exists for two main reasons: The first is to raise funds for Julie's Funds for Kids and the other is to assist our local community foster family-strengthening lifestyles.
Whether your children are first-timers testing the waters of this very cool sport or seasoned veterans, RHYTS is a three-race points series that is as safe and non-intimidating for beginners as it is challenging for the older children in your family.
