Brief Description

Kayak supported, intensive open water workshop designed to give you the specific skills you need to complete your next triathlon. Same day registration available at $20 per person.

This is part of a USAT Sanctioned training series so you will need your membership card or pay the one day fee. (One day fee will cover all workouts in the series which goes through June. If you have already purchased a one day pass for another workout this season with Xcell you are covered) You will achieve more when training with others under the watchful eye of a coach. Xcell Tri Training groups offer a great value to fit your budget. Whether you are a beginner, or a more experienced triathlete you will receive personal attention, high quality workouts and motivational accountability. Xcell Tri Training is run by Jackie Arcana, a USAT level 2 coach, certified personal trainer and cycling coach. Jackie has more than 10 years experience guiding individuals to new levels of fitness using safe and effective coaching methods.

Sanctioning

USA Triathlon is the national governing body for the sports of triathlon, duathlon, winter triathlon and aquathlon in the United States. Participation in a USAT sanctioned event means the event director has the proper permits in place, liability and athlete excess medical insurance coverage and the event plan has met the standard of organization required. USA Triathlon provides rules, guidance and governance to set the standard for safe and fair multi-sport races.
