Brief Description

Join hundreds of your friends as you take the plunge for the first time. Starting with an easy 1/4 mile shoreline swim at Lake Lanier Islands followed by a 13 mile bike out and back from Lake Lanier Islands then a 3 mile run.

Entry Includes

Finisher medal, technical running shirt, electronic chip timed results with split times for each segment as well as age group results and awards.

Guests of Legacy Lodge $10 discount

Those athletes who are registered guests of Legacy Lodge at Lake Lanier Islands receive additional $10 discount.

Past comptitor discount

Previous My First and My Next Triathlon competitors receive $10 off the entry fee. Indicate year(s) when you sign up on line...

Registration Space and Large Groups

Registration will remain open with a minimum of 10 open spaces. Groups of 8 or more should email MFT-ATL@Triathlons.net to check on availability before signing up.

Additional Information

Athletes who have competed in a triathlon before can do My Next Triathlon, as well as returning alumni from My First Triathlon. Better your time from the previous year or just try and stay ahead of the first timers as their event starts just after the My Next Triathlon to add a competitive edge to the event.
