The Desert International Distance Triathlon and Relay

Triathlon: 3/4 mile swim -- 24 mile bike -- 6 mile run

Triathlon Club Members

Triathlon Club members receive an additional $10 off any of the triathlon/duathlon events when registering online or by mail.

International Distance

3/4 Mile Swim ~ 24 Mile Bike ~ 6 Mile Run

Sprint Distance

500 meter swim ~ 14 mile bike ~ 3 mile run

Directions to Lake Cahuilla

Interstate 10 to Jefferson exit South, follow Jefferson for 6 miles to 54th Street. Turn Left on 54th then right on Madison. Go 2 miles to 58th Street, Right on 58th to Lake Cahuilla County Park.

Come join us for the Desert International Triathlon at beautiful Lake Cahuilla. Nestled against the awesome Santa Rosa Mountains, and only 20 minutes from Palm Springs, the venue offers tremendous vistas while providing a very fast and fun race course. With the majority of the elevation being below sea level, the Desert International Triathlon is considered the lowest elevation International distance triathlon in the United States.
