Brief Description

The course consists of a 1.5K swim in Mauch Chunk Lake, a challenging 40K partially-closed bike course through small anthracite coal region towns and a 10K run on the historic Switchback Trail.

This is a 2010 USA Triathlon Sanctioned Event which will count towards the overall USAT Age Group Rankings.

Sanctioning

USA Triathlon is the national governing body for the sports of triathlon, duathlon, winter triathlon and aquathlon in the United States.
