The TriGirl Super Sprint Triathlon will consist of a 300 yard open water lake swim, 11 mile bike and a 3 mile run. Entry fees for Triathlon are $75 before July 11 and $85 on and after July 11 for individual, $55 before July 11 and $65 on and after July 11 for youth, and $125 before July 11 and $135 on and after July 11 for relay. Entry fees for Duathlon are $75 before July 11 and $85 on and after July 11 for individual, and $55 before July 11 and $65 on and after July 11 for youth. This event will be sanctioned by USA Triathlon. Entrants must have either an annual membership or a One Day Membership $10 to race in this event. Awards will be given to overall finisher, overall master finisher and 5 deep in 5 year age groups in the sprint triathlon. The relay award distribution will be determined by the number of entrants in the relay division.
