Triathlon consists of a 500 yards swim, a 10 miles bike and a 5k run. Duathlon consists of a 2. 5k run, a 10 miles bike and a 5k run. Aquabike consists of a 500 yard swim and a 10 miles bike. Entry fees for triathlon relay are $145 through June 13 and $165 from June 14 through race day. Entry fees for triathlon individual, Duathlon and Aquabike are $75 through June 13 and $85 from June 14 through race day. Entrants register by June 14 is guaranteed a tech shirt. Individual and relay entries are allowed for the triathlon division. Individual entries are only for Duathlon and Aquabike divisions. Triathlon individual awards will be given to overall male & female pulled from age groups, overall masters male & female pulled from age groups and age groups male & female. Duathlon awards will be given to overall male & female pulled from age groups, overall masters male & female pulled from age groups and age groups male & female. Aquabike awards will be given to overall male & female pulled from age groups and top 5 male & female. Triathlon relay awards will be given to top 5 overall relay teams.
