Swim a rectangular course in small lake. Bike out and back on a rolling 2-lane paved road. Run a flat fast course on trail, dirt road and pavement. Olympic: Swim 1500 Meters, Bike 24.9 Miles, Run 6.2 Miles. Sprint: Swim 800 meters, Bike 13 Miles, Run 3.1 Miles. There will be a kid?s race following the adult races.
