Brief Description

This will be a run-swim-run-swim-run-bike-run event held at the Eagle Rock Resort Sept 15th 2013. Course Description: 1.2 Mile run from the transition area to the crystal clear spring fed lake. .6 Mile triangular swim. .5 Mile run to next lake swim. This time entering from the beach. .6 Mile triangular swim. 1.7 Mile run back to bike transition area. 30.8 Mile bike 6.2 mile run. This is a 2 loop 3.1 mile course, partially held on an off road trail.

Additional Information

• Packet pickup is Saturday Sept 14th, 2013 from 4-7pm or Sunday Sept 16, 2013 from 5:30-6:30am at the eagle rock resort. Course talks are scheduled for 5:00pm and 6:30pm Saturday Sept 14th, 2013. Participants are strongly encouraged to attend a course talk.
