Brief Description

This is a fun event using chip timing and is for individuals ages 6 and up with distances varying with age. A team option is available for ages 14 through adult. The swimming is in indoor pool, biking on school roadways (public roadways for adults) and running on grass/pavement track. The course is mostly level. Adult bike route is a mix of up/down hills and level

Additional Information

Awards for top 3 male and female in every age up to age 13; for top 3 male and female individuals in age group 14-17 and adult age groups and for top 3 teams in 2 adult team age groups. Ages for adult teams age groups will be determined by the combined age of the team members on race day.
