Event History
The Folsom Lake International Triathlon is a new addition by TBF Racing to your racing season. The race is at beautiful Granite Beach, Folsom Lake, featuring a lake swim, one lap road bike, and scenic trail run. Included for each competitor is a Folsom Lake Triathlon tech-tee race shirt, XTERRA swim cap, athlete goody bag plus hot post race meal and free athlete massage. First place Male and Female in the Folsom Lake International Triathlon will receive Overall Champion Awards. There will be awards five deep in each five-year age group and Relay Team awards for the Top team in each Division of Male, Female and Coed.
The Folsom Lake International Triathlon will be USAT Sanctioned, requiring the purchase of a $12 one-day license with USAT, or the holding of an annual membership card with USAT.

Relay Teams
Relay Teams consist of one swimmer, one cyclist and one runner. Entry fee includes three race shirts, goody bags and post race meals. Awards will be first overall in Male, Female and Coed division for Folsom Lake International Triathlon.
Packet Pick Up Information
Athlete packets may be picked up on race morning at the race venue from 7 til 9 am.
Refund and Transfer Information
TBF Racing has a No Refund policy on all of our events. A Refund requested prior to race week will be given a TBF Race credit for the amount of the entry fee minus a $25 processing fee. Credits are not given during race week. Transfers are allowed from one TBF Racing event to another within a one-year time frame. There is a $25 transfer fee. Transfers are not allowed during race week. ALL TBF Racing events are held Rain or Shine.
Race for FREE Information
Our Race for FREE Athlete Volunteer Program offers a chance to get involved with multi-sport events, have fun, and earn a $40 TBF Racing Volunteer voucher good towards entry fees at any of our events this year. Each volunteer shift is 4 hours. We ask volunteers to reserve a volunteer position at any of our events by emailing Bill Driskill at bill@totalbodyfitness.com as our volunteer positions will fill up quickly.
Triathlon Training Class
TBF Training offers the Tri-for-Fun Spring Class beginning on April 16, 2012 for $199. This 6-week class includes entry into the TRI for FUN Triathlon on June 2, 2012 and will help athletes of all levels reach their fitness and performance goals.
