10 minute swim - 20 minute bike – 15 minute run Choose your race start time!!! NEW TRIPLE WAVE CHALLENGE! Race in 3 waves! Triple the fun. (First wave must start before 8 am to compete) One wave: $35 for TWT alumni or PCHF members - $45 all others Double challenge: $55 TWT alumni or PCHF Members - $65 all others Triple challenge: $70 TWT alumni or PCHF members – $ 80 all others
