Brief Description

Early Packet Pick Up will be held at Commonwealth Sports Medicine on Friday, June 10th at 4101 Cox Road, Suite 301, Glen Allen, VA 23060, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

8 and Under will complete 50M Swim, 1.25 Mile Bike & .50 Mile Run

9 and over will complete 100 M Swim, 2.5 Mile Bike & 1 Mile Run

7:50 am USA Triathlon Safety Briefing

8:00 am Age 9 and Up Start

9:00 am Age 8 and Under Start

Each participant will receive a T-shirt, food and finisher medals (T-shirts available to the first 100 registrants).

Awards will be given out the top three male and female finishers in each age group. Age groups will be broken down to 6 and under, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-18.
