Additional Information

Our road triathlon is an ITU-style sprint race. It is a technical course that includes a 180 degree, tear drop turn (this will be a controlled section), three 90 degree turns and one sweeping turn. We highly recommend that you do this course on a road bike. TT bikes are permitted, but not optimal.
