Team Captains

Next, return to this registration page and select "Register Now" this step will now have you register as an individual/participant of your team. You will select your Team Name from the drop down box on the registration form. It is very important to register as an individual/participant within the team that you just created. Creating a team does not register you for this event.

1.2 Mile Swim - 56 Mile Bike - 13.1 Mile Run

Perfect venue for a triathlon, with clean mountain fresh water and the party occuring in the beautiful Nimbus Flat State Park. The Folsom Long Course Triathlon is the first Long Course Triathlon to be held in Folsom since we hosted the Caliman full and half triathlons in 2004. This half distance triathlon (1.2 Mile Swim - 56 Mile Bike - 13.1 Mile Run) will have a 2 loop run course and will be a spectator friendly environment that you will NOT want to miss. The warm weather and beautiful surroundings in the Northern California area will be your stomping grounds in this first triathlon of the weekend at the Folsom Triathlon festival. Following the event there will be gourmet food, kids events, and raffle prizes that will take your breath away. Come enjoy the race and bring your whole family for the party!

Sanctioning

USA Triathlon is the national governing body for the sports of triathlon, duathlon, winter triathlon and aquathlon in the United States. Participation in a USAT sanctioned event means the event director has the proper permits in place, liability and athlete excess medical insurance coverage and the event plan has met the standard of organization required.
