Awards

  • First three places overall M&W
  • 1st-5th Medals, in 5-year age groups: 12-19 yrs, 20-24, etc. thru 70 - Men & Women - no duplicate awards!
  • Relays: 1st-3rd places
  • Reiner/Rudy award for the 1st place - First timer

    • Course

  • Swim 800 meters in one of only eight meromictic lakes in the US. Sheltered and calm.
  • The bike course is 20K on local roads. Mostly flat to rolling with a couple challenging hills. Very FAST Finish!
  • Run clockwise around both lakes on a soft wooded trail.

    • Course maps can be found on the race website.

    Team Entry (3 person Relay)

    1. Team Captains: Please choose the Team Entry category.
    2. At the top of the registration form enter your team name, fill in the form, and at the bottom choose "yes" I will also be a participant.
    3. Answer the specific event questions for yourself as participant #1.
    4. Then click "Save and Add New Member.
    5. Add the 2nd team members information and so on through all three members.
    6. Finish and pay for entire team.

    Swim Waves

    The first swim wave will be Male, the second Female, and the third will be Teams and those (male/female) desiring a less crowded start.
