Swim:
•10 minutes in a pool
•Lenghts in a pool
•Counted to the nearest completed half a lap
•Person who swims the furthest receives one point, the person who swims the second furthest two points and so on.
•No flotation devices may be used, No wetsuits may be used.
Bike:
•25 minutes on the bike
•On stationary bikes in the spin room
•Measuring wattage produced
•Person who produces the most watts receives one point, the person who produces the second most watts two points and so on.
•You may use headphones during the bike
•Do not walk in the spin room with clips on, may put them on(if the match the pedal) in the room by your bike
Run:
•15 minutes on an indoor track
•Laps counted to the nearest completed half a lap
•Person who completes the most laps receives one point, the person who completes the second most laps receives two points and so on.
•Headphones may be used during the run
•No spikes are allowed during this event
