Brief Description

This progressive series is lead and instructed by professional cycling coaches from JDS Sportcoaching. Each class is designed with the purpose to prepare the participants for real world cycling. Cyclists and triathletes of any level will benefit from the series and learn new training techniques. Cyclists of any level will benefit from the training series and working with a coach at the sessions.

Additional Information

Every Monday beginning Feb 01 - March 30 from 5:45p-7p. Please arrive by 5:30p to set-up your bike.
