Course

The swim will start at Ocean Lifeguard tower number 3 and continue South to Ocean Lifeguard tower number 5 where you will exit the ocean and head into transition. The bike ride will follow A1A North to Spanish River and head back into transition. The run will also follow the Ocean Ave along the beach, for a 2 loop course.
