Brief Description

The University of Dayton is putting on its annual indoor triathlon early in 2010 in the UD Rec Plex. The event consists of... Swim - 10 Minutes in Aquatic Center 10 Minute Transition Bike - 20 Minutes inside on Star Trac Pros 5 Minute Transition Run - 15 Minutes of UD's Indoor Track A wave will go every 25 minutes and awards will be given out to the top 3 male and female finishers. Along with the awards will be a pizza party and prize raffle at noon.
