Swim: 200 Meters (Sr. Youth 11-14) or 100 Meters (Jr. Youth 7-10)
Swim leg of the event will be conducted in the Great South Bay Triathletes will swim point to point. Sr Youth will swim 200 meters and Jr Youth will swim 100 meters. Though the swim is conducted off the beach and expected to be in shallow water, all Triathletes should feel comfortable swimming in deep water.
Bike: 4 Miles (all Participants)
Bike route is on the Tanner Park and will be closed to vehicle traffic to insure the safest rid conditions for our Youth. Course is flat. All Triathletes will make 3 loops.
Run: 1 Mile (all Participants)
Triathletes will finish off their race with a run through Tanner Park. Again, for the safety of our Youth, the entire course is closed to vehicle traffic. All Triathletes will make 1 Loop.
