Brief Description

The River Rat Triathlon is a sprint triathlon staged on the shores of the St. Lawrence River. Starting from Centennial Park in Clayton, the first leg of the event is a 600 meter swim OR a 3 mile kayak. The second leg is an 18 mile bike. The third leg is a 5 k (3.1 mile) run with the event ending back at Centennial Park.
