Brief Description

Registration is open to the community (space is limited). Prizes will be based on individual age, gender and top finishers. You must be at least 12 years of age to enter the race. All participants will receive a tech shirt.

Sprint

Swim 400 yards (8 laps/16 lengths) - indoor pool Bike 8 miles - spin bike Run 2.5 miles - treadmill

Long

Swim 750 yards (15 laps/30 lengths) - indoor pool Bike 18 miles - spin bike Run 5 miles - treadmill

Start Time & Packet Pick Up Information

Long event heats start at 6:00 am each day and go in 50 minute intervals. Sprint event heats will begin approximately 1 our after last long event scheduled heat and go in 30 minute intervals. Confirmation letters will be sent with information regarding heat times and packet pick up.
