Brief Description

SMITHEVENTS is proud to present the 3rd annual Canmore Try-A-Triathlon in support of MitoCanada. This fun family event will start and finish at the Canmore Recreation Centre. The swim portion of the event will take place at the Canmre Recreation Centre pool, the bike course will incorporate paved roadways and the run / walk course will utilize the incredibly scenic Bow River pathway system.

Event Distances

Swim 300 metres, cycle 12 km, run 3km. Solo and team categories are available.

All participants will receive a custom Canmore Triathlon BUFF ($20 value) from www.buffcanada.com Late entries cannot be guaranteed race merchandise.

Additional Fee

A mandatory $10 race day insurance fee (cash only) must be paid by all participants at race package pickup. One $10 fee covers all members in team triathlon category.

Additional Race Value

All participants will have the chance for post race draw prizing. Age group and overall winners will receive special awards.

Additional Information

A perfect first timer event or early season tune up for more accomplished triathletes. Minimum age for the cycling portion of the event is 14 years. Team swimmers and runners are accepted at any age. Gather up the whole family and join the fun.
