Sprint.... 1.5 mile run / 11.6 mile bike / 1.5 mile run ......Olympic course.... 3 mile run / 19.5 mile bike / 3 mile run.... All flat and blazing

Is this course Chip timed?

Yes!...... all race dates will be chip timed with all splits captured for each leg of the race.

Ok for beginners?

YES: this is a great way for beginners to get a taste of multi sport.

OK for Advanced Athletes?

Yes: if you are a veteran multi sport athlete the olympic course is a great way to test out your skills.

Olympic - 8:00 a.m. Sprint - 8:20 a.m.

USA Triathlon is the national governing body for the sports of triathlon, duathlon, winter triathlon and aquathlon in the United States.
