Brief Description

This is a sprint distance triathlon with a 400 yard pool swim, 13 mile bike and 3.1 mile run. It will be a time trial start with individual swimmers starting every 25 - 30 seconds. To participate you must either have a current USAT license or purchase a one-day license. Field limited to first 100 registrants.

Swim Course

The swim will be inside the swimming complex at Bishop Park. It will be a time trial start with participants beginning every 25 - 30 seconds. Swimmers will swim up and back once in each of the 8 swim lanes of the pool for a total distance of 400 yards.

Additional Information

Age divisions for both male and female: <19, 20-24, 25-29,30-34,35-39,40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79. Division determined by your age as of December 31, 2013. Awards will be given at least 2 deep in each division.

Sanctioning

USA Triathlon is the national governing body for the sports of triathlon, duathlon, winter triathlon and aquathlon in the United States.
