400 METER OUTDOOR POOL SWIM
Distance is 400 meter snake swim. Swimmers will start at 7am sharp according to your estimated swim time. Swimmers will go off every 10 seconds until every swimmer has entered the water. If you miss your swim time you will be allowed to enter the water only after the last swimmer has started and your time will be based on your scheduled start time.
12 MILE BIKE COURSE
The bike course is pending county approval. The course listed may be changed if deemed necessary by the county. Please note that police will be at the crossing intersections during the bike but you will need to look for their direction for a safe crossing.
5k run
The run is a fast out and back course through the Broadlands trails. There will be a water aid station at the turn around point on the course.
AWARDS
Age Group Awards will be awarded to the top 3 male/female in each of the following age categories: 18 and under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+. Team awards will be give to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place overall teams.

SERIES POINTS INFORMATION FOR THIS EVENT
-35 points 1st place overall 30 points for 2nd place overall and 25 points for 3rd place overall (note that if you win overall you only receive the overall points not overall and age group)
Age groups will go 10 deep for scoring :
15 for 1st , 14 for 2nd , 13 for 3rd, 12 for 4th , 11 for 5th, 10 for 6th, 9 for 7th, 8 for 8th , 7 for 9th , 6 for 10th
TIMING
This event is being timed and scored by TRI PERFORMANCE, LLC. On race day, participants will be required to pick-up a timing chip at least 1/2 hour prior to the start. The timing chip attaches to the ankle using an elastic strap. Failure to wear a timing chip during the event will prevent the participant from being timed. At the finish line, all timing chips and ankle straps must be returned to TRI PERFORMANCE, LLC or the participant will be charged $30.00.
