Brief Description

The Sprint Distance Triathlon is a race for everybody, including the Junior racers ages 16 to 19. Whether you are new to the sport of triathlon or a veteran, our Sprint Course will be memorable.

The Bozeman Tritons welcome you to the Bozeman Tritons Triathlon! The Bozeman Tritons Triathlon Club welcomes everyone for another great race! This year again has a Sprint and Montana's first and only Long Course (Half Iron-distance) triathlon. With this change of ownership, we will bring racers an exciting and unique race experience, guaranteed to challenge athletes of all abilities with two days of racing. The racing kicks off with the Long Course (Half Iron) distance race on Saturday. This race is truly "Made in Montana", and will challenge even the hardiest racer. Race it as an individual or a team!

Sanctioning

USA Triathlon is the national governing body for the sports of triathlon, duathlon, winter triathlon and aquathlon in the United States. Participation in a USAT sanctioned event means the event director has the proper permits in place, liability and athlete excess medical insurance coverage and the event plan has met the standard of organization required. USA Triathlon provides rules, guidance and governance to set the standard for safe and fair multi-sport races.
