Brief Description

Enjoy the most complete fitness center in the area as you swim for 10 minutes, bike for 20 minutes on Expresso bikes and run/walk on the treadmill for 15 minutes! First wave begins at 9 a.m. – 6 participants per wave Prizes: for top overall male and female and top two in each age division: Eight age divisions for Males and Females Registration: opens Dec. 1. Deadline to register is Jan. 7.

EARLY BIRD SPECIAL: Sign up by Januray 6th to receive a fitted long sleeve t-shirt. After January 6th all sign ups will receive a size large shirt.
