350 meter pool swim (time trial start), 12 mile bike (6 miles out, 6 miles back), 2 mile run Electronic timing by RunFar Racing Systems.

Online Registration via Active.com NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION. Race fills at 400 people. Late registrations (within two weeks of race date) are not guaranteed a race shirt.

NO REFUNDS or TRANSFERS to another event.

Single Entry Age Groups Awards (3 deep): Ages 13-15, 16-19, 20-24,25-29,30-34,35-39,40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89 Relay Teams: Awards for top 3 relay teams. All relay teams will race in one category regardless of number of team members or type of bike.
