Description

SHAPE Youth Multi-Sport Camp is a positive alternative to traditional sports camps. We are staffed by USA Triathlon Certified Youth and Junior Coaches, NYS Certified teachers, American Red Cross certified swim instructors and young adults with a passion for triathlon. Athletes have fun in a safe, nurturing environment. All athletes are taught new skills in swimming, biking and running games based on their ages and ability levels. Athletes come to us at all different points in their exercise life- from the new swimmer, just-off training wheels jogger to swim team members, mountain and road bikers and experienced runners. We pride ourselves on helping each and every one of our athletes set goals, learn new skills and have fun! Youth are given instruction in proper exercise techniques, team building, simple bike care and repair and much more!

Event schedule and times

From July 2-August 3, weekly sessions from 9am-5pm Monday through Friday.

Sanctioning

USA Triathlon is the national governing body for the sports of triathlon, duathlon, winter triathlon and aquathlon in the United States. Participation in a USAT sanctioned event means the event director has the proper permits in place, liability and athlete excess medical insurance coverage and the event plan has met the standard of organization required. USA Triathlon provides rules, guidance and governance to set the standard for safe and fair multi-sport races.
