Breath taking course includes .75 mile ocean swim, 13 mile bike, 4 mile beach run! New this year, the Sandman Duathlon and Sandman Youth Beach Run! Discount if signed up prior to June 30, 2011!

->->Sandman Duathlon which consists of the 13 mile bike course and 4 mile beach run. ->->Sandman Youth Fun Run which consists of a 4 mile beach run. This is for under 18 youth . Price for youth run includes USAT insurance and finishers medal. Beautiful handcrafted trophies for top winners in each division! All skill levels welcome and encouraged to show up. Live announcing throughout all phases of the event. Raffle, music, and fun for everyone! Proceeds benefit the local Junior Lifeguard scholarship program.
