Description
The INCYDEMAN Triathlon is the Iowa State University Triathlon Club's annual indoor triathlon. It will be a 500 yard swim, 8 mile spin, and 2 mile run on an indoor track. We are proud to announce INCYDEMAN is a Midwest Collegiate Triathlon Conference qualifier for 2013 USAT Collegiate Nationals in Tempe, AZ.
This year the race will be combined with a USAT sanctioned clinic. The event boasts USAT level II coaches and professional athletes who will lead sessions in injury prevention, nutrition, mental preparation, transition work, swim drills, spin and running workouts, and much more.
