Brief Description

Fidelitas Masonic Lodge of Fairfax Iowa is pleased to announce the 3rd Annual Amana Colonies Rundtour Duathlon. JMS Racing Service will be providing race set up, chip timing and results service. The Duathlon will be a 2.6 mile run, 14.8 mile Bike, followed by a 2.6 mile run. Individual or Team entries. The Team = 2 Athletes, 1 runner and 1 biker. The Run portion circles around the scenic lake trail and the Bike route is a point to point course to West Amana and onto F15 and back.
