The Harvest Duathlon is the perfect summer race consisting of a 2.5 mile run, 13 mile bike ride and finish with a 2.3 mile run. Entry fees for individual are $30 prior to July 1st, $40 from July 1st to August 31st, and $50 on race day. Entry fees for team are $55 prior to July 1st, $70 from July 1st to August 31st, and $90 on race day. Dry-wicking t-shirts are available for the first 50 who register. All other registrants will receive a regular short-sleeve t-shirt. Awards will be given to top 3 individuals in the male and female categories within each age group. Also awards will be given for top three relay teams not gender specific as teams may be mixed. The Kid’s Duathlon run will take place on a gravel school track at 18:00:00 on August 31st. Course for 4 & under consists of a 100 yd run, a 200 yd bike and a 100 yd run. Registration is $5.00 or free with adult registration at time of registration. Awards are available but no t-shirts. Course for 5-6 years consists of a 1/4 mile run, a 1 lap .7 miles bike and a 1/4 mile run. Course for 7-8 years consists of a 1/2 mile run, a 2 laps 1.4 miles bike and a 1/4 mile run. Course for 9-10 years consists of a 1/2 mile run, a 3 laps 2.1 miles bike and a 1/2mile run. Course for 11+ can register for the Duathlon and there will be a separate category. There is a $20.00 registration fee with a t-shirt for those who pre-register before August 1st no discounts for early registration etc.. Awards will be given to top three boys and girls in each category.
