300yd. Pool Swim –15 Mile Bike – 3.25 Mile Run Starts limited to 325! Awards for the Overall Male and Female Finisher, Top Three 2 and 3 Person Relay Teams, and Top Three Men and Women in the following categories: 14-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60+ T-shirts guaranteed to all athletes registered by August 1, 2012. Professionally Chip Timed.

*PLEASE NOTE: Registrations received after Sunday, August 12, 2012 will NOT be seeded. Slots may still be available, however racers will start after the seeded swimmers (each swimmer enters the water every 20 sec. based on 300 yd. swim time..fast to slow). Race day registration allowed, however racers will not be seeded.
