TriLaVie's Triathlon Training Program will prepare you for any triathlon including your Ironman. Team races include Vineman/Barb's and Orangeman, OC International Triathlon, Pacific Coast Sprint and others. It is an excellent training session for the entire 2012 season. You'll get expert coaching in swim, bike, run, and transition as well as stretch and strength. Special topics covered include athlete self-care, nutrition, heart-rate training, bike maintenance and bike handling skills.
