Brief Description

Who are we? We’re the Hendersonville Endurance Athletic Team (Team HEAT). We’re people just like you…we have jobs and families….but we also share a passion for cycling, running, swimming, and staying active, fit, and healthy. We’re working to create a community of athletes spanning all abilities, goals, and endurance disciplines. Whether you’re just starting out – or you’re a competitive age-grouper, HEAT is the perfect group with whom to share, learn, and refine your abilities.

2011 - $30 one year membership; 2011/2012 - $50 two year membership

Sanctioning

USA Triathlon is the national governing body for the sports of triathlon, duathlon, winter triathlon and aquathlon in the United States. Participation in a USAT sanctioned event means the event director has the proper permits in place, liability and athlete excess medical insurance coverage and the event plan has met the standard of organization required. USA Triathlon provides rules, guidance and governance to set the standard for safe and fair multi-sport races.
