Brief Description

With our Clinic, we strive to provide a superior and complete triathlon experience for Adults in order to foster a lifelong love of swim, bike and run. By combining the expertise of the best minds in the industry, along with the tried-and-true structure and organization of USAT, we offer a safe, supportive, and educational experience for Youth of all ages and abilities. Regardless of your child's experience, our Clinics and camps will challenge, motivate, and provide appropriate direction.

8:45-9:00 Check In 9:00-9:15 Introductions 9:15-9:30 Lecture: What is a Triathlon? Sports involved Basic equipment needed 9:30-10:00 Bike Practical Basic skills/technique (handling skills, braking, turning, safety) 10:00-10:30 Run Practical Basic Skills/Technique (running on varied terrain, skills and pacing) 10:30-11:00 Swim Practical In-water session (swim in lake, practice treading water, floating, buoys, swimming in a group) 11:00-11:15 Lecture: Safety & Rules (also snack break) 11:15-11:30 Lecture: Transition Area Transition Area Set-Up (putting it all together, how to go from swim to bike to run) Nutrition/hydration (what/when to eat/drink) 11:30-12:00 Mini Triathlon - Putting it all together: Kids will apply what they learned and participate in a mini-triathlon on parts of the actual course.
