Brief Description

Swim instructors will be on hand to offer safety and efficiency tips on land and hands-on coaching in the water. Join us rain or shine! Cottage Lake Super Sprint and Kids Only Sammamish Splash Tri event producer, Danskin & TREK Swim Coordinator Mary Meyer host's training clinics. All Clinics are co-ed and useful for all races!
