Brief Description

Join Terri Schneider for an open water swim clinic that will offer you the confidence you need for the Santa Cruz Sprint and International Triathlons. Are you apprehensive about swimming in open water? Have you done some open water swimming but are looking to refine your speed and skills for your upcoming race? Or, do you want to safely try open water swimming for the first time? Then this clinic is for you.

Additional Information

The clinic will cover the following: · Working with negative and positive “self-talk” before and during open water swims and events. · Efficient sighting for straight swimming · Drafting techniques · Working with waves and swell. Train with experts while learning to love open water swimming! SC Sprint Race Director will be on hand to answer event questions.
