Speaker Bio: As a USAT Certified Coach and Sport Psychologist, Dr. Donna Marzo strives to help her athletes gain a competitive edge by becoming not only physically strong, but mentally tough competitors as well. She knows how to efficiently integrate mental conditioning and physical conditioning into one training program, preparing athletes for peak performance. Dr. Donna Marzo is a USA Triathlon Certified Coach, Sport Psychologist (Certified Consultant, AASP) and owner of MindMuscle: sport performance consulting (www.mindmuscle.net). She is listed in the U.S. Olympic Committee’s Registry for Sport Psychology. For nearly 15 years, Dr. Marzo has been helping her clients to achieve their health, fitness, and performance goals by building strong minds and strong bodies. She is an avid runner and triathlete and competes regularly, understanding the rigorous demands of training and competition, while maintaining a positive sport-life balance.
