Equipment needed for the Performance Program includes:
light-weight clothing for running, cycling and strength-training,
running shoes,
a bike (road, TT, mountain, hybrid, whatever),
a bike trainer (if you don't have one let us know and we can help you get/borrow one for the classes),
a towel,
a water bottle,
a great attitude and desire to work hard!
With your full Program registration you will receive a professionally designed, long-sleeved tech tee and a Guest Pass.
