Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation on or after October 10, 2012 results in a $25 penalty.
Cancellation on or after June 11, 2013 results in a $50 penalty.
Cancellation on or after June 25, 2013 results in a $150 penalty.
Cancellation on or after July 9, 2013 - NO REFUNDS and NO EXCEPTIONS.

When making travel plans, please plan on the clinic beginning on Wednesday, October 9, at 8:00 AM and ending by 12:00 PM on Friday, October 11, 2013.

THERE ARE NO REGISTRATION TRANSFERS. If you cancel this clinic and want to attend another one, you must register for the other clinic and can be subject to cancellation fees. Your registration cannot be transferred. There are no exceptions.
